The Bilge Pumps - Past Landings: Dickens on the Strand 2022

It was a grand return to Dickens on the Strand, this year. The place with bobbies bobbing, queens queening, and pirates pirating for its 48th year. We helped kick the weekend off by headlining the Fezziwig Friday Night party, then rode the weekend's nice weather to fame, fortune, and glory.... or 0 of the the 3, anyway. We were our usual short-handedness at the event, but that never stopped us from loading Santa's bags with all the toys and running off with it.

The Bilge Pumps, Dickens on the Strand, and the tall ship Elissa... three great tastes that taste great together.	Splice the Rigger does his best to provide all the wind necessary to fill up her sails.	As evening descends, the pirate ascend to the stage to put on their traditional Saturday night show.
The Queen's Lanterlight Parade is the pefect time for pirates to stalk amongst the well heeled, looking for open purses.	The band tells the audience exactly what every pirate wants for the holidays during "A Pirate's Christmas Wish".	It's back on the main stage on Sunday to sing pirate carols to the passersby. You never guess what city they were in.
