Venus, TX     November 15 - 16, 2025

The Bilge Pumps made their very first appearance at Steampunk November and got our googles on... or cut some steam at least. It was very pleasant performing at another local show and even more pleasant performing at an event with shows after dark. It reminded us of the Hawkwood and TRF days. (Dang we're old)

The merch tent is all set up and ready for bidness. Just need to install the trap door in the front.

We set up next to one of the fanciest neighbors we've had in recent memory.

Due to the continuing odyssey that is the band's schedule, we once again had only 4 Bilge Pumps on stage for the show. Which four? We don't even know any more.

Maroon the Shantyman and Splice the Rigger encourage everyone to think twice before joining a pirate band.

The Time Traveler's Gazebo is the stage for the weekend, showing off these historical curiosities to the Victorian public.

When the sun goes down, the lights come out at the shop, encouraging the moths with money to come fluttering forth.

The band's night shows lights up the night as well, burning the retinas off all nearby. Not because of the lights, because of the sights.

The bones of Pat Murphy come out to play when the moon comes out.

Splice and Fanny the Flagmaker lead the dance revival during "Pirating the Seas"

John Crow the Cook finally has had enough and decides to leave with his dignity still hidden under his beard.

As the event comes to a close, the band grabs a local blacksmith to forge up a new flag holder to drive in the ground. See it on display at a festival near you.
